Support Our Youth!

NOYS 2010

  Since 2007, WPNO has worked tirelessly to support the efforts of NOYS, gathering the support of organizations and community to help NOYS reach its goals. This year, the team needs to raise $5500 to cover costs for its participation in BNV, for items such as registration, airfare, food supplementation, ground travel, and small costs related to preparation, such as periodic writing retreats.

YOU CAN HELP! Community, businesses and organizations can assist NOYS through everything from donation of venues for fund raising, to volunteering services and time, to inviting NOYS to perform for donations to the team, to monetary gifts to directly help the team’s endeavors, or simply attending events in support of their work!

GOAL REACHED!!: Raise $1000 for Brave New Voices registration fees by April 15th

GOAL: Raise $400 to supplement costs for NOYS meetings, retreats, and workshops

GOAL: Raise $500 for printing costs of NOYS materials from April - July

GOAL: Raise $2600 for airfare to and from Los Angeles, CA to participate in the national Brave New Voices Festival by June 1st (for July travel)

GOAL: Raise $1000 to supplement costs for food, ground transportation, and other expenses in Los Angeles by July 15th

TOTAL FUNDRAISING GOAL:  $5500
